In Spring, the
Northwestern region of Vietnam is a magnet attracting a large number of visitors to indulge themselves in its spring blooms, sound of pan-pies, pink cheeks, smiling eyes and the flavor of young rice.
About 180km from Hanoi, along the new national highway 6, you can reach Moc Chau. The spring makes plums bloom in a white color. Along the national road, you can easily see peaceful houses hidden under white plum flowers. Small petals are brown in the spring winds. Traveling deeper into in the valley, you can visit Long Luong Village (about 20km from Moc Chau Town). The road to the village is embellished with lines of white flowered plums. In the spring festival, colorful dresses of H’Mong girls will enchant any visitors. In January, white mustard plants also retain their flowers. It will be a wonderful experience to look up for plum flowers and look down for white mustard flowers. In this backdrop, girls will feel like princesses wandering through Wonderland! |
