“Pho” has a strong reputation in international cuisine. To Hanoians, “pho” is available in almost any street of Hanoi. It is served at breakfast, at night and at any time when one feels hungry.
The reputation of “pho” has gained a lot of attention from gourmands. It’s hard to understand at first why there are so many people willing to line up just to have a bowl of “pho” for their breakfast.
