According to Trip Advisor, the US’s prestigious travel website, 95 attractions in Hanoi capital has been rated in 2014, based on the reviews from those who have traveled to the capital city of Hanoi.

The Hanoi Ca Tru Club tops the list with most reviews saying that when listening to Ca Tru (a ceremonial singing), they had an enchanting cultural experience in their lifetime. Ca Tru, also known as Hat A Dao, is an ancient type of music featuring female vocalists. It is a complex form of poetry found in the north of Vietnam using lyrics written in traditional Vietnamese poetic forms. It was acknowledged by UNESCO as an Intangible Cultural Heritage in Need of Urgent Safeguarding in October 2009.

Hanoi Ca Tru Club tops the list of 95 famous attractions in Hanoi

The 2nd place belongs to the Hanoi Old Quarter, which comprises nearly 40 streets packed with shops selling all kinds of goods. Following are the Vietnam Women Museum and the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology. The list continues with the Thang Long Ca Tru Theatre, the Temple of Literature and Hoan Kiem Lake.
